Boil the mutton with some water and salt in a pressure cooker. Strain the mutton pieces.
Mix the boiled mutton with curd, ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, little salt.
Peel the potatoes and slice them into halves. Deep fry them in hot oil and keep aside.
In the same oil , add half amount of the powder (elaichi+ cloves+ cinnamon) followed by the chopped onions.
Fry till golden brown and then add the marinated mutton. Add the fried potatoes.
Once almost done, add the tomato puree, and cook further.Add the mutton stock and bring up-to boil.Then add the cashew paste, and check for salt. Serve.
